Prialto means “forward-thinking” and “up high” – that’s a description of both our proactive employees and the successful Prialto members we serve. Prialto, Inc. was established in 2011 as the outgrowth of Prialto Personal Outsourcing. Eric Taussig had established the earlier company in 2009, with the simple idea of providing offshore personal assistant services to busy U.S. executives. Eric quickly learned that busy executives didn’t have time to onboard new employees or contractors. Frustrated by the process, they instead valued the ability to share and implement best practices for administrative help. At about the same time, Andy Mowat was also noticing a need for assistant services that went beyond the do-it-yourself model. Andy was then a senior executive at Elance – the largest online freelance marketplace. In November 2011, Andy and Eric joined forces to create today’s Prialto, Inc., a managed administrative services company. We pride ourselves on providing “turnkey productivity” for our customers. Our first fully managed service was Sales PA, designed to assist companies and executives struggling with CRM adoption and sales productivity. In late 2012, Prialto raised new investment and recruited a high-performing executive team to build upon our thought leadership, deepen the customer onboarding program and improve overall service delivery. Prialto, Inc. is now based in Burlingame, California – the heart of technology-rich Silicon Valley – with service centers in Latin America and Asia. The Company’s customers are high achieving executives in online media, software and professional services.
