Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager position carries the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the Officer-In-Charge in the operations of the restaurant.
- Oversee the production of food.
- Ensure that food preparation is done in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ensure optimal guest / customer experience.
- Manage food cost and purchases of the restaurant.
- Oversee the quality check of food received.
- Ensure that waste is maintained at the minimum.
- Manage the scheduling of the team.
- Provide mentorship to teammates.
