Job Description
To perform tasks related to management and servicing of internal/external customers:
- Receives, facilitates, and resolves inquiries and complaints/problems from customers personally or through telephone, fax, or e-mail
- Ensures proper maintenance of policy documents for processing and reports
- Screening of policy-related requests & transactions
- Cross-selling & up-selling of insurance products
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree
- Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
