Job Description
The Sales Performance Analytics Associate I will primarily help in gathering, wrangling, and reporting of the data related and relevant to the business operations and employee performance of the Fixed Broadband LOB.
The Sales Performance Analytics Associate I shall:
- Monitor and process the data of at least one of the teams/divisions under FB LOB. He/she shall primarily liaise with the Heads/Managers of the teams assigned to him/her to make sure that their employees are inputting all the data required by the SPM Team appropriately and correctly;
- Maintain or extract data dumps of the FB team assigned to him/her.
- Create regular performance reports of the FB team assigned to him/her.
- Assist the SP Manager and P&C in conducting training and workshops for the FB LOB employees.
- Support the SP Manager in any ad hoc projects and represent the SP Manager in meetings and/ or projects when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education Major in Mathematics or other related courses:
- B.S. Psychology (with at least 6 units of Statistics/Mathematics electives)
- B.S. Business Administration Major in Finance of HRD/OD (without Mathematics/Statistics grades lower than 2.25 or equivalent)
- B.S. Information Technology (with at least 3 units of Math/Stat/Business electives)
- B.S. in Statistics (with at least 6 units of Business/Management electives)
- Demonstrates intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and basic to intermediate Google Sheet skills; knowledge on Microsoft Access is a plus.
- Must have at most 2 years of work experience in a position that involves gathering, wrangling, and reporting of data to measure, assess, and evaluate an output/performance.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently with less supervision, and can keep up with a fast-paced team composed of young, tech-savvy, proactive and visionary individuals.
