Job Description
To assist in the coordination and implementation of the Disaster Management Services' programs delivered by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in partnership with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating necessary requirements in the implementation of the project activities at the NHQ and chapters
- Process the relevant administrative and financial document for procurement, project activities, travels, etc.
- Facilitate the timely allocation and delivery of resources needed for the project implementation
- Check vouchers and financial expenses and keep record of the transactions and documents based on the PRC protocol
- Ensure and maintains proper and systematic filing system of the project documentation and reports
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree holder
- Must have general knowledge on logistics and procurement processes
- Preferably with experience working with non-profit, non-government or humanitarian organization
- Familiar with Philippine Red Cross standard operations and procedures
