Job Description
To support the Chairman of the Philippine Red Cross in delivering effective programs and services nationally with a focus on research, communications, correspondence, and office management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Assist with and maintain the schedule of the Chairman including meetings, appointments, and conferences
- Review incoming correspondence and updates, prioritizing urgency, updating the Chairman as required
- Draft correspondence, presentations and communications to support the Chairman
- Document notes and instructions on Philippine Red Cross programs and services
- Coordinates and communicates with Philippine Red Cross National Headquarters and chapter staff regarding organizational events and activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Preferrably a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ work experience as a Technical or Executive Assistant preferred
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks
