Job Description
- Develop and deliver advocacy and lobbying agenda and positions of PRC-IHL office for different audiences such as academe, government and non-government.
- Develop advocacy messages and/or materials (i.e. Presentations, Policy Briefs etc.) in consultation with the head of the IHL office in coordination with the IHL committee and ICRC.
- Liaise and seek to influence GO and NGO
- Lobby for passage of the emblem bill at the HOR and Senate
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree/Units in Law
- Familiarity with legislative process of legislative branch of the government
- Must be confident in dealing with high-level official of the government and delivering the advocacies and lobbying agenda and positions of the PRC with the intentions of influencing them
- Attend the basic TOD
