Project Management Officer  

The Project Management Officer will directly report to the Office of the President and will be responsible for Focused Improvement (FI) projects to drive continuous excellence, process efficiencies and value adding initiatives to PCPPI’s Business Value Chain. He/She is expected to:

• Work with project/initiative leaders to track and manage project interdependencies

• Maintain integrated view of all company-wide projects

• Ensure plan is achievable

• Maintain project backlog, resource planning, risks and tracking

• Report progress and escalate decisions/risks

• Coordinate development of risk mitigation recommendations

• Ensure inter-departmental communication and integrated execution while managing the pace of decision-making

• Graduate of Engineering, Management, Economics, Statistics, or any related course.
• Experience working with multiple projects and portfolio management
• Capable to Lead, Plan, and Develop FI Projects
• Project Management Technical Skills: Problem Solving, Risk Assessment, Strategic Thinking
• Leadership Skills: Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling, Manage Results Through Others, Internal and External Collaboration
• Skilled in MS Excel and Reports Preparation
• Highly mobile
