Manager Media and Commmunication  

As the Media & Communication Manager, you will be responsible for managing and directing the company's communication and media strategy. You will lead a team of Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Content Writers to ensure that all visual communication materials and content produced are aligned with PCS Group's vision and mission. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Leading, managing, and motivating the Media & Communication team to achieve peak performance.
• Overseeing the creation of visual and written content, including graphic design, videos, and articles.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure message consistency and branding.
• Managing social media campaigns and ensuring high audience engagement.
• Analyzing the performance of communication and media campaigns, and providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensuring that all communication materials comply with the company's brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintaining good relationships with the media and other external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in media and communication, with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• A strong portfolio of content development and media campaign experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing creative teams.
• Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• In-depth understanding of social media trends and analytics tools.
• High level of creativity and attention to detail.
