Job Description
- Coordinate and control production activities and distribution operational unit
- Participate in developing operational unit production and distribution SOP
- Represent management in constructive communications with customers relating to the operational unit's production and distribution activities
- Carry out detailed business process analysis in the areas of production and distribution of operational units
Minimum Qualifications
- Have very strong & good ability in Leadership.
- Have a minimum of 8 years experience in the field of Head / Field Work Coordinator, especially Field Service - EDC Machine.
- Having the ability to approach and be very good mediator to the Internal party (to guide, provide solutions and supervise in terms of up to "micro manage" if needed) and External parties from the Company (clients and merchants).
- Have extensive knowledge related to company policies, planning, calculations and strategies.
- Have strong skills in terms of communication and presentation.
- Familiar with field work, accustomed to handling customers, both companies and individuals, ( Banks, partner companies, other related agencies, shops/merchants and technicians).
- Have the ability in detailed operations, coordinating teams, running existing projects, in carrying out their functions to achieve the intended SLA (familiar with targets, due dates and other deadlines).
- Have the ability in terms of making quick and strategic decisions, overcoming problems both small and large (problem solving).
- Have a good personality, honest, and able to work under pressure both internally and externally.
