Job Description
- Melakukan koordinasi dan pengawasan tim merchant engagement terkait kegiatan operasional
- Melakukan pengembangan kegiatan operasional
- Mengarahkan dan mengelola semua aspek operasional seperti operasi distribusi mesin EDC, sumber daya manusia, layanan merchant dan administrasi
- Memberikan pelatihan, pengembangan, pembinaan, dan motivasi tim merchant engagement
- Membangun network dan hubungan yang baik dengan merchant
- Melakukan recruitment tim merchant engagement
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimum S1 semua jurusan
- Memiliki Pengalaman kerja dibidang yang sama 2 tahun
- Supel dan memiliki gaya komunikasi yang baik
- Dapat mengoperasikan microsoft office khususnya excel
- Penempatan di Denpasar, Bali
