Job Description

  • Responsible for forecasting, scheduling, and real time analysis of productivity to ensure that global goals are met accordingly.
  • Analyze data to identify current trends, issues, opportunities to develop recommendations for schedule improvement.
  • Provide periodic reports containing performance and attendance data as well as scheduled events that will impact operations.
  • Proactively collaborate with departments and stakeholders to optimize staffing utilization to improve financial cost
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures related to rostering are being observed to meet business needs.
  • Monitor leave utilization and changes in schedule to guarantee that all approvals will not negatively impact business operations.
  • Develop detailed resource models to show headcount utilization.
  • Maintain manpower and schedule database and updates as needed.
  • Involvement in BCP strategy planning, implementation and execution.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day activities and overall performance of the Workforce team. Includes regular performance coaching.
  • Other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of Workforce Management experience in BPO set up
  • At least 1-2 years experience in people handling
  • Annual workforce planning experience a must
  • Must be able to work specific shifts and have ability to work across various time zones and regions.
  • Strong customer-centric focus with demonstrated success in problem solving, teamwork, adaptability, planning, decision making, and data analysis.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills & ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to work in an agile manner and successfully multitask
