Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, finance, data team) regarding quantitative analysis.
- Use data to help drive business insights and recommendations across all PawnHero platforms, products and verticals.
- Crunch data and turn numbers into business insights.
- Create and support a culture of decision-making based off of analytic insights by defining KPIs, identifying competitive toolsets and implementing best practices.
- Manage forecasts across the business and effectively communicate performance and variance to guide business decisions and actions at a senior level.
- Develop and standardize tracking and implementation for business reporting and analytics, allowing for the organization to make data-driven decisions at every level.
- Investigate and identify partnerships that help improve business processes and opportunities.
- Recommend and develop new metrics and analyses to uncover new insights to help us learn something that will be of importance to the conduct of our business.
- Analyze and report company P & L performance versus budgets and interpret data affecting investment programs and decisions.
- Create and engage analysis and financial models for business decision support and forecasting
- Prepare business action plans based on analysis and research of financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions
- Develop and maintain executive dashboard information.
- This position will require sending monthly reports to the board of directors and shareholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics or equivalent
- This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly analytical and an excellent team player
- At least 2 years of experience in the field is required for this position
- Above average communication and presentation skills
