Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate user requirements into effective and visually appealing UI designs.
- Develop high-quality user interfaces primarily using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring seamless integration.
- Create and maintain UI components, libraries, and frameworks to streamline development processes and ensure consistency.
- Implement user-centered design principles to deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance overall user experience.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, ensuring a smooth and cohesive design-to-development workflow.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development, and apply this knowledge to enhance the team’s output.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues in a timely manner, collaborating with backend engineers as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 year(s) experience as UI Engineer or Front End Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a demonstrated ability to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and a keen eye for aesthetic and functional design details.
- Able to implement animation using Lottie or other plugins.
- Portfolio showcasing previous UI engineering work that reflects a good sense of design and technical skill.
- Experience working with design tools like Figma or similar tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze UI/UX issues and propose effective solutions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of web standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in the UI/UX and front-end development space.
