Human Resource Assistant
The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for the following:
Compensation and Benefits
- Computation of Payroll
- Filing of government mandates
- Update of 201 File and Employee System
Recruitment
- Background check
- Complete onboarding requirements
Training and Development
- Oversee training schedule
- Monitor training schedule
Employee Engagement and Relations
- Enthusiastic with employee engagement activities
- Plan a calendar of activities
- Organize the activities
- Coordinate with various departments
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in compensation and benefits
- Experience in payroll computation, filing and reporting of mandates
- Experience in ISO an advantage
- Graduate of HR or related course
- Certificates in HR an advantage but not required
- Company: Pamav Training Institute
- Location: Kalayaan Avenue, Quezon City
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30 pm Onsite
