Job Description
- Create a strategy to introduce MileApp in specific markets
- Maintaining and increasing sales performance day by day and month by month in the market
- Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for individuals and team as a whole
- Monitoring team performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding client base
- Servicing the needs of user
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Minimum Qualifications
- Having experience in Software as a Service company (POS, accounting, HRIS, etc) is a plus
- Minimum 3 years experience of sales, account/project management or similar role
- Good business sense
- Ables to motivate, lead a team and work calmly under pressure
- Excellent communication, Initiative, enthusiasm & 'people skills'
- Good planning and organizational skills.
