Business Analyst | Junior Consultant Trainee  

FOR IT Sister Company

• Shall undergo functional training for a leading ERP solution, including workshops on solutioning, project management methodologies, and other relevant skills required for technology enablement
• Additional technical trainings such on Operational Technologies and Cloud-based solutions shall be made available subject to further assessment
• Will be initially assisting senior consultants on on-going implementation projects and managed services engagements as a business analyst/junior consultant
• Shall be deployed to client-facing projects involving master data optimizations, 1st to 2nd level support, continuous improvement initiatives, lean sigma-based quality assurance initiatives, project implementations via waterfall or agile methodologies, etc.
• Shall be involved in business requirements for clients such as RFP preparation, process improvements, data governance,
• Must be able to prepare and conduct presentations, create documents, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• No work experience required.
