Job Description
- Processing Property/Building permits, licenses and other documents
- Helps the HR supervisor/manager for the coordination in construction projects
- Assists with daily operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Studies/Administration Management/Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the following fields: real estates, malls, property management, and leasing.
- Preferably with experience in processing property/ building permits, licenses and documents.
- Must be organized, detailed-oriented, proficient in using Computer (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
- Has the ability to multi-task and can thoroughly enjoy interacting with others and have a friendly and pleasant attitude
- Willing to be relocated
