Job Description

  • Provide services to support good service
  • Ensure that admin operational activities can be fulfilled
  • Increase knowledge by participating in regular training and learning product knowledge
  • Creating reports to management to improve customer experience, satisfaction and applications
  • Admin Customer Support is the frontline team who meets online with customer for various works, including Ask Help, troubleshooting, surveying and communicating directly with customers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum SMK or D3 in Information Technology, Computing or Hardware Design is preferable
  • Having experience in handling and communicating with customer is preferable
  • Having experience in SaaS, POS, ERP and/or B2B business is preferable
  • Having experience in IT networking and infrastructure is preferable
  • Having capability in speaking, reading and writing in English is preferable
  • Patient, ready for work pressure from customer side, having initiative to improve customer and company condition, and flexible scheduling (within company working hour limit)
