Job Description
- Summarize medical records, create treatment /event timelines and chronological medical summaries
- Function as an assistant to the existing paralegals and legal officers;
- Drafting, review, preparation, and processing of legal documents
- Submit the filled-up application forms for checking by the Supervisor
- Filing of these documents with U.S. government agencies;
- Monitoring, coordination, and updating clients on the status of application filed;
- Discussion with client and U.S. government agencies;
- Establishment and proper maintenance of each client record, and files,
- Legal Research
- Other job-related duties, as may arise from time to time
Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of B.S. Nursing or its equivalent (Medical allied and Doctor of Medicine under boards welcome)

Ability to work independently under minimum supervision

Organized, analytical and keen to details

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Must be willing to assume other related roles.

We specialize in paralegal services that include drafting legal documents, legal research, client interviews, appointment setting, case monitoring and case management.
We also have administrative assistant roles with tasks that include inbound client maintenance calls, outbound service calls, maintenance ticket monitoring, rent roll maintenance and video surveillance review.
