With over 20 years of experience in customer management and Business Process Outsourcing, before founding OPSify, he founded Workspace Communications - a cloud-based unified communications and virtual office infrastructure company and led notable client-side customer management organizations for OnStar, H&R Block, Vonage and Sprint. Together with CTO Michael Haines and country manager Ferdinand Piano, both with backgrounds in IT and vendor management, OPSify was born.
