Job Description
The Opportunity:
Communicate with debtors by telephone and written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
Provide efficient, precise and in depth account updates after every communication with a client.
You are great at:
- Developing and maintaining customer account relationships.
- Communicating with debtors in a clear and professional manner on the telephone to assist them in finding solutions to resolve delinquent accounts
- Performing timely collection of accounts while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Coordinating sales in the resolution of billing disputes.
- Following up on open issues with customers, including researching and resolving past due invoices for payment, eliminating unapplied cash, and maintaining promised check list.
- Alerting management to collection issues.
- Making input adjustments to customer accounts and maintain back-ups.
- Performing other tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree graduate in Accounting or any Business Course.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Call Center e.g. Collections, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment that is focused on exceeding both GXS and our clients’ goals.
- Solid recent work history.
- Collections, Call Center, or Sales backgrounds are a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong team player.
- Willing to work on US/Canada time shifts.
- Willing to work in Makati.
