Job Overview:
The TPM Lead is a key Technical Management position responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring equipment reliability within the facility through the design and execution of TPM activities. The role requires a combination of industrial engineering and TPM expertise to drive continuous improvement and minimize downtime while managing resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to improve operations through TPM i.e., developing, leading, and overseeing the implementation of TPM initiatives and strategies to improve equipment reliability and productivity including the following:
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements in manufacturing operations.
- Capacity Planning: Plan and manage manufacturing capacity to meet production demands and business objectives.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze production costs and develop strategies to reduce wastage and improve resource utilization.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze on key performance indicators related to equipment reliability, maintenance, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive TPM strategy to improve equipment reliability and availability through preventive maintenance, minimization of equipment downtime, reduction of breakdowns, unplanned maintenance, and effective asset and spare parts management to ensure optimal operations performance.
- Apply TPM tools and principles and train teams to use these effectively.
- Lean and Six Sigma: Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.
- Time and Motion Studies: Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal work methods, layouts, and resource allocation.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
4. Build and lead cross-functional TPM teams, including maintenance technicians and engineers in executing TPM activities.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably Industrial Engineering

Proven experience in TPM management, industrial engineering, maintenance management, or a related role with at least 5 years in an operations position.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methodologies, TPM principles, and Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, training, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Willing to travel to all NutriAsia production sites whenever necessary (will be based in either Cabuyao or Marilao).
