Duties and Responsibilities
A. Communication
- Coordinate cross-functionally to Customer Service Group, Planning, Sales, and other departments as needed relating to matters of logistics and transport
- Cascades Value Chain strategies, policies, and directions to all personnel in assigned plant location
B. Accountability
- Assist the Warehouse & Distribution Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities in the warehousing and distribution of finished goods that will attain customer service levels
- Ensure safe operations of Marilao Plant and overflow warehouses
- Ensure highest standards of warehouse quality following GMP and FSSC standards
- Manage enough warehouse capacity in terms of space, manpower, equipment, and other assets for daily operations
- Prepare short-to-long term warehouse plans
- Handles routine concerns raised by other departments on a daily basis
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in BS Commerce, Business Administrate, Industrial Engineering or related courses
- Has at least 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and Warehousing
- With hands-on experience in Planning, execution, and monitoring of warehouse and delivery of goods
- Knowledgeable in Fleet Management, Network Design, and Freight Cost Structure
