Job Description
- Responsible in identifying areas for business development as well as potential and profitable sites for expansion, negotiates with property owners on terms including reasonable rates and maintains good relationship with lessors
- Oversees site sourcing and negotiation
- Responsible in providing accurate data by securing all important documents in leasing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess atleast a degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Able to analyze new and prospective business opportunities.
- Demonstrates effective negotiation skills and able to dialogue with clients then arrive at a mutually beneficial outcome.
- Must have strong communication skills to relay technical and legal information to company as required.
