Job Description
As a Recruitment Officer, you will greet and support applicants during the recruitment process with your cheerfulness, hospitality and strong interpersonal skill. You will adopt digital tactics in every step of NRI’s fully digitalized recruitment process.
- Establish a strong and positive impression on applicants
- Design, create and become an on-screen talent for recruitments’s digital media campaigns
- Build and maintain engaging communication with applicants
- Monitor applicants’ status and take appropriate actions
- Support applicants throughout the recruitment process
- Explore new recruitment channels or events
- Build and maintain effective communication with recruitment agents
- Seek continual improvement of recruitment process

Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of written, visual and social media communication
- Understanding of effective message creation through detail process of research, analysis and evaluation
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented and highly-organized person
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Strong work ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
Preferred
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with good results from a reputable institute/university majoring in Psychology, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Public Relations or other related fields
- Working experience in digital communication and/or social media management and/or recruitment process
- Passion to utilize technology for efficiency
