Job Description
We are Niagahoster, a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. To make excellent value transmission of our product so we can deliver features and benefits of the products to customers and enhance the demand stream, we are looking for a Product Marketer. S/he will be responsible for ensuring comprehension of product features and key advantages in the organization internal side. Product Marketer knows the pitching technique & product knowledge that sales-associated teams (e.g. marketing team and CS which engaged directly to the customers) need to get their jobs done and what points to emphasize so that the marketing material and the sales pitch is more successful. Hence, every associated team grasped the best way to explain, demonstrate, generate market push, and convince customers to buy the product. If this is you, join us now!
Responsibilities:
- Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.
- Plan the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments.
- Communicate the vision and value of new products to the teams that accommodate sales function for corresponding products and develop pitch technique and key product knowledge for a sales-associated role that facilitate the selling process.
- Create documentation on the market strategy plan.
- Speak and present products to both external and internal audiences.
- Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sales data.
- Organize content creation with other teams, such as case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts.
- Working with design, acquisition, and other teams to promote products.
- Translate technical details into benefits for the user.
- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns).

Minimum Qualifications
- Research skill.
- Great verbal and written communication skill.
- Team player with great collaboration skill.
- Subject matter expertise in the particular product or market.
- Deep understanding of how a product is sold and the channels it is sold into.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Deep understanding of the company’s products and their benefits for users.
- Experience in market analysis.
