  • You have the drive to help Filipinos become leaders in tech and support the country’s start-up ecosystem by making it possible for people to learn, advance in, and apply high-value technology skills.
  • You are extroverted and like talking to and communicating with all types of people to help achieve shared objectives.
  • You are facile various online tools for communicating with and managing various small communities, including on social media
  • You are able to work under your own initiative, with good decision making, with experience in liaising and organizing events with a wide range of individuals.
  • You are a self-starter who is creative and can think outside-of-the-box when forming a community, building relationships and executing projects that grow the business.
  • You are the type of person who is approachable and well-articulated that colleagues, students, partners can come to when trying to solve something or require assistance.

Highly preferred:

  • You are familiar with the technology and start-up ecosystem in the Philippines.
  • You have current relations and contacts in the technology sector, with experience working with and socializing with start-ups and corporates.
Job Description

This is a cross-functional role, you will report to management and work with NXTLVL team members to develop and maintain relations with students and corporate partners. Your work activities will include:

  • Manage the NXTLVL community both online and offline to grow our customers (user base) and evolve them into a community.
  • Plan and coordinate community building events through good knowledge of planning, development and social media, marketing tools.
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy in a leadership role to serve the company, students, and corporate partners in raising brand awareness (public visibility) in NXTLVL and educate the business community about what we do.
  • Provide point of contact to student, highlight best use-cases of our products, make first contact in potential business partnerships.
  • Develop and attend speaking functions (seminars, workshops, events) to introduce NXTLVL, acquire new students or corporate partners and reinforce our brand value.
  • Work alongside the NXTLVL team to best understand the market, meet the needs of corporations and students, and make sure we maintain our quality of education through a rapid and closed feedback loop.
