Jr. Commercial Officer  

Work with the Business Teams and take the lead and ownership of all prequalification and proposal preparation. This includes the following:

• coordinating bid proposal preparation - project lists, organization charts and any accreditation/support documentation
• all RFQ and bid proposal packages to develop deliverable list, timeline for BOQ (Bill Of Quantity) preparation, submission requirements and responsibilities and final package submission
• comprehensive review of the BOQ, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, completeness and alignment to RFQ / client requirements

• College degree, preferably in the field of Accounting, Engineering, or any business/construction related courses
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Should be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and have created or used charts, spreadsheets and databases
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
