Upon recognizing the potential of the Philippine market and the wide distribution network of Neumann & Mueller Philippines, Inc. (“NMPI”), Earth Corporation – the largest household goods company in Japan – decided to invest into the country through NMPI. On April 1, 2022, after a lengthy process that was 3 years in the making, Earth Corporation and NMPI finally merged in the form a new company – Earth Homecare Products (Philippines), Inc. (“EHPPI”). As NMPI’s is the spiritual and legal successor, EHPPI has inherited from NMPI its organization, its products and trademarks, and its distribution network. EHPPI is a new and aggressive sales distribution company that handles the national distribution of Bayer CropScience Inc. - Environmental Science (BCS-ES) and Elanco Philippines Inc. (Companion Animal Products). EHPPI has their own brands: Advanced Aerosol Multi- Insect Killer, Mosquito Killer, Cockroach and Ant Chalk, and Banzai Pest Catch Sheet. All these products are widely distributed nationwide and well merchandised in major supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores, drugstores, modern hardware, poultry and agricultural supplies, vet supply stores and other tertiary accounts.
