Job Description
Tasks:
- Assist the HR Officer III by providing logistical support for training implementation (including but not limited to calls, materials prep, encoding, providing transportation requirements, etc)
- Provide logistical assistance in the roll-out of employee engagement programs
- Assist in the materials prep for PMS implementation
- Updates information for the HRIS
- Implement government mandated requirements/initiatives
- Provide assistance to employees in HR related matters
- Reviews and maintains policies and relevant HR documents, including but not limited to HR 201 files, government reportorial requirements, CSC and NPF memoranda
- Liaise with relevant government agencies such as the CSC
- Monitors attendance/schedules of employees and works with line managers to ensure policy compliance.
- Issues contract, job orders, COE, cert of project completion, requests for payment
- Work with line managers in handling cases of employee discipline and counselling
- Acts as point person for administrative hearings
- Reports to the DED for HR and Admin

- Reproduces and packages training/ learning materials as specified in the Training Activity Plan/ Training Design Matrix
- Reproduces materials for employee engagement and performance management activities
- Computes leave, salaries, salary adjustments, loans, medical reimbursements/ entitlements of employees and submits documents for consolidation by the HR Officer II
- Replies to queries on benefits, compensation and welfare management.
- Conducts information awareness on benefits, compensation, and health and wellness programs to employees
- Monitors and reviews office reports to ensure compliance with existing policies, processes and systems of benefits, compensation, rewards and incentives, health and wellness mechanism of the organization
- Regularly updates information for the HRIS
- Maintains HR files and ensures confidentiality of information
- Checks for accuracy and completeness of submitted documents and provides immediate feedback on reports and documentation that need to be revised
- Maintains a library for all relevant government laws, circulars, memoranda, and other issuances
- Uses a computer and is familiar with operating basic systems such as Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, multimedia presentations and Internet. Displays a mastery of the HR information system

- Ensures accuracy and completeness of all compensation and benefits documents, contracts, requests for payments, and certification
- Ensures the accuracy of government reports

- Maintains professional working relationships with relevant government agencies to accomplish reportorial requirements

- Communicate with employees in a collegial manner in ensuring that their HR concerns are properly addressed
- Is able to articulate Nayong Pilipino values when talking to employees

- Work with line managers in handling cases of employee discipline
- Ensures that employee questions on HR matters are properly addressed

- Ensures that all payroll and benefits are given to the employees on schedule
- Ensures that all contracts, requests for payment, certificates are accomplished and government reports are submitted as scheduled.

Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology
- 2-years work experience
- Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility
- 8-hours of relevant trainings
