Job Description
- Ensure timely and efficient movement of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with government agencies such as DTI, PEZA, BOC, BIR
- Receive customer orders and handle customer inquiries
- Manage supplier communication and raw material orders
- Assist with managing material inventory
- General office tasks
- Make travel arrangements
- Monitor attendance of staff
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Preferably with 1yr experience in Logistics and Customs procedures
