- Leading project planning and implementation
- Defines the project scope, objectives and delivery
- Arrange and coordinate project staff
- Manage the budget and allocation of project resources
- Project planning and scheduling
- Provide direction and support for the project team
- Continuously monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders
- Create reports that contain project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and intervene to achieve project results
- Conduct evaluation and assessment of results
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Management, or other relevant fields
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager
- Experienced in working on IT projects, preferably on projects related to banking or other financial institutions
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Can collaborate with various other work units, such as IT Development, IT Infrastructure, Business Unit, Operations, Risk and Compliance
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Excellent documentation skill
- Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi tasking skills
- Experience in IFRS17 or other Finance & Accounting project is preferable
- PMP / similar certification is an advantage
