Senior Account Manager  

Responsibilities

• Maintains and retains existing accounts within Benefits.
• Acts as account executive and client liaison.
• Maintains direct account responsibility
• Satisfies departmental goals for book of business managed
• Has good relationships with insurance companies and clients
• Maintain knowledge of leading edge products and ideas in the benefits arena (both on the life and medical)
• Retain and expand existing client relationships
• Identify clients or prospects risk needs and determine the services, product combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect issues and objectives
• Develop customized solutions to address the client/ prospect needs.
• Manage revenue, profitability, and timely billing and collection (working capital) for each client.
• Commitment to first class service
• Ability to multi-task among many urgent tasks
• Oversee quality of deliverables and enforce critical deadline
• Seek feedback on the company’s execution of projects and renewals through client survey and ongoing client dialogue.
• Design and develop simple, user-friendly materials that are designed to support employee understanding of the program
• Analyze claim utilization data to identify areas of over-utilization. If unusual claims occur, either in magnitude or frequency, we will provide an interpretation concerning any deviation from accepted norms & recommendations for cost management opportunities
• Furnish advice and assistance on disputed claims as may be necessary
• Data Capture for Utilization Review, Benchmarking and Analysis
• Managing Client record (policy copies, utilization review, billings)
• Monitoring service delivery by account executives
• Managing compliance within line of business

• At least 5-8 years of working experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm(s) or Life Insurance companies
• Knowledge of general insurance preferred
• Good communication and team work skills
• Amenable to work in Makati
