Job Description
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for Instagram, facebook and youtube
- Prepare a plan of posts for 1 week ahead for Instagram and facebook for company approval
- Facilitate client – company communication
- Respond to queries
- Get reviews
- Organize charts
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Communicate with international counterparts for brands via social media
- Administer the required social media accounts ensuring up – to – date content
- Liaise with writers and designers * Collaborate with the Brand Manager on future product development to create a social “buzz” regarding new product launches
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
- Manage Google Ad campaigns across all brands and all related Google products
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Manage multiple digital projects at one time
- Build ongoing strategies to grow targeted traffic while coordinating to ensure the work accomplished meets goals and forecasts set
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Adhere to Social Media Issues Management protocol
- Present to Brand Manager any issues that need to be address
- Update websites as required
- Research and monitor competitors activities on all social media platforms
- Monitor and report activity on Google Analytics, and advise how we can use this information to improve social media traffic
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field
- 2-3 years hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Basic knowledge of Wordpress and Google Analytics
