Job Description
- Main task is to accept invoice queries/disputes
- Manage and maintain “Credit Invoice Disputes Inbox”
- Sorting out and relaying of invoice queries/disputes per state
- Follow up existing invoice queries/disputes
- Provide any assistance needed by credit controllers – invoice copies, updates on invoice queries/disputes
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicant must possess good communication skills (verbal, Written)
- We require applicant with time management skills and keen attention to details
- Applicant must have high organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Open to constructive criticism and amendable to working extra hours
- Must be willing to work on holidays and if required to report to work
- Skilled in MS Office Applications
- Strong Computer literacy, attention to detail, strong communication skills, strong commitment to succeed and hands-on approach
- Effective communication skills across a broad range of functions. Strong interpersonal skills
- Independence in day to day activities whilst reporting to direct report on progress
- Cross-functional team experience and ability
