Job Description
- Perform operational tasks related to Tax Audit Insurance processing which includes sorting out clients’ data files once received from different Excel files, updating Word document templates, and maintaining client portal
- New Policy year preparation of data
- Preparation of letter pack to be sent out by onshore counterpart to clients
- Document management - Saving related client files to specific folders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of experience as business analyst
- At least 2 years work experience in managing data files, system administration and maintenance (any system or software)
- Proficient in using MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio)
- Advanced excel skills – proficiency using formulas such as VLOOKUPS, IF statements and Nested IF Statements,is a must
- Knowledge on creating macros is an advantage
- Proficient in managing PDF files
- Experienced in system maintenance and administration (setting up users and password for logging into a portal/system, updating information into the database, etc.
- Experience in outsourcing / offshoring is a plus
- Experienced in process mapping and process Improvement
- Strong customer focus
- Good analytical skills
- Able to think outside the box, generate insights and strong problem solving skills
- Proven track record of delivering high quality results
- A critical thinker with an eye for detail
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and short turnaround times
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communications skills

- High accuracy on data entry and with ability to self-check
