• Mengkoordinasikan dan menyediakan laporan mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan dan meninjau untuk mengevaluasi kinerja tim MII
• Merorganisir dan melakukan pembagian tugas/ job distribution ke tim member
• Membuat dan mengelola jadwal kerja tim member
• Koordinasi dan penempatan Team member dan Back up engineer
• Mengalokasikan dan mengelola sumberdaya tim
• Membimbing anggota tim untuk meningkatkan skillset
• Mewakili dan mengadvokasi kebutuhan tim ke User maupun Perusahaan
• Menjadi layer pertama eskalasi tim saat terjadi stuck pada saat ada incident maupun pekerjaan lainnya.
• Koordinasi timeplan terkait project dan rencana kedepan dengan user dan brief ke Tim member.
