Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data analytics and reporting requests
- Work with business units to understand their data needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Oversee the development and maintenance of data warehouses, ETL processes, and other data management infrastructure
- Design and implement data mining and statistical modeling techniques to generate actionable insights from large data sets
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision making by business units
- Present findings to business unit leaders in a clear and concise manner
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Stay up to date on latest data analytics trends and best practices
- Train and mentor junior analysts on data analytics techniques
- Manage projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery
- Coordinate with IT staff to ensure that data analytics infrastructure is properly maintained
- Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar role
- Experience leading a team of data analysts
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong mathematical ability and statistical analysis skills
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Tableau (or similar data visualization software)
