- Coordinates and arranges meetings, reserves and prepares facilities and may record and transcribe minutes of meetings
- Submit expense reports as needed
- Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements, completing detailed meeting and travel itineraries
- Works in an engineering lab or office environment, performing various technical and administrative assignments often under time schedule pressure, requiring attention to small details having impact on program success
- Makes contact with all levels of engineers and project administrators vendors and purchasing agents
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication, writing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to follow instructions and to collaborate with others.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing schedules
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
