Our end-to-end medicine/vaccine programs, telehealth services, and onsite medical staff serve a million Filipinos every year. MedGrocer is one of the more established Filipino Health Tech startups.

The Business Development Officer plays a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation for MedGrocer. This position requires versatility in handling various aspects of business development, data analysis, operations management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with various teams across customer experience, account management, and operations, gaining a holistic understanding of the organization's functions
• Oversees daily operations, including customer service and clinic management services, identifying process and system improvements, and resolving operational concerns
• Utilizes data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities, contributing to the development and enhancement of services
• Leads clinic development efforts, collaborates with cross-functional teams, stays updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommends innovative solutions for business growth

Minimum Qualifications for Business Development Officer in MedGrocer are the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Must work onsite in Makati
