Teleconsult Psychiatrist  

MedGrocer's digitally-enabled "medicine-as-a-service" platforms are used by hundreds of employers and pharma companies. Our end-to-end medicine/vaccine programs, telehealth services, and onsite medical staff serve a million Filipinos every year. MedGrocer is one of the more established Filipino Health Tech startups.

The Psychiatrist supports the mental health needs of patients through consultations, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy. They conduct teleconsults with a fixed monthly income on a WFH set-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts patient consultations and psychiatric evaluations, tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs
• Monitors and manages patient medication carefully, adjusting dosages and prescriptions
• Collaborate with program leads and other mental health professionals to discuss and debrief cases, applying insights gained to improve patient outcomes
• Continuously assess and reassess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and approaches as necessary to support patient well-being
• Ensures that consultations, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy are aligned with MedGrocer’s protocols Minimum Qualifications: - Licensed physician with psychiatry training and an active S2 license - Preferably a member of the Philippine Psychiatric Association - Preferably has working experience in occupational health or company clinics - Access to a personal computer with stable internet connection as well as clear audio and video-sharing capabilities Why MedGrocer? - Progress: To work on projects that involve managing documents and reports while handling a team, which exercises your organization, analytical, and leadership abilities. • Licensed physician with psychiatry training and an active S2 license
• Preferably a member of the Philippine Psychiatric Association
• Preferably has working experience in occupational health or company clinics

• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
