MEDEV is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Admin Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular physical counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support our inventory operations.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and track inflow and outflow of goods to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile stock discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in coordinating annual inventory audits to uphold integrity and accuracy of inventory data.
- Generate inventory reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory control procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain courses or other related courses.
- New and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply and seize this exciting job opportunity.
- While prior experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or procurement is advantageous, it is not mandatory for this role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
