Position Overview:
As an Admin Operation Associate, you will play a role in supporting our operations team by managing inventory, coordinating logistics for imports and customer deliveries, and overseeing procurement of local supplies and services. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts to ensure favorable terms and pricing
- Coordinate with vendors to track orders, manage deliveries, and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Optimize logistics operations by identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to support overall business objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain courses or other related courses.
- New and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply and seize this exciting job opportunity.
- While prior experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or procurement is advantageous, it is not mandatory for this role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
