Job Description

- Acquires individual and corporate clients through referrals, social media, phone calls, and other platforms.
- Identifies the needs of prospective individual and corporate clients.
- Presents company products and solutions that will meet clients' financial objectives.
- Maintains good relationships with clients through updates and assistance when necessary.
- Attends weekly meetings and training sessions in Quezon City and Makati.
- Optional: Recruits new members to the team.
- Acts as immediate manager to personal recruits.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field;
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Highly coachable;
- Computer-literate;
- 1 year work experience in any field;
- Experience in sales and marketing, finance, or customer service is an advantage.
