Job Description
- Provides full admin support to the Executive and other company officers
- Responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings, collating documents for signature and other clerical functions
- Responsible in performing multi-faceted admin works
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s/College Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Average communication and interpersonal relations skills
- Can do multi-tasking
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Can start immediately
