Job Description
As a Sales Trainer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the sales performance of our clients by delivering comprehensive training programs. Drawing upon your extensive sales training experience in the BPO or virtual setting, you will create and facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions that equip sales teams with the necessary skills, techniques, and strategies to excel in their roles. Your outstanding training delivery and coaching skills will be instrumental in driving sales productivity, enhancing customer relationships, and ultimately, contributing to our clients' success. Additionally, if you have experience in developing effective training programs/modules, it would be a great advantage in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective sales training programs to meet the specific needs of our clients in the BPO or virtual setting.
- Conduct training sessions, both in-person and online, to educate sales professionals on best practices, sales methodologies, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their training requirements and customize training programs accordingly.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, such as role-playing, group discussions, and simulations, to maximize learning effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams to reinforce training concepts and ensure sustained growth in sales performance.
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, and make necessary improvements to enhance their performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and market dynamics to continuously improve training content and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of Sales Training experience in the BPO or virtual setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Outstanding training delivery and coaching skills, with a proven track record of improving sales performance.
- Ability to measure performance and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Experience in developing effective training programs/modules is a plus!
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with sales professionals at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using online training platforms and other technology tools for delivering virtual training sessions.
