We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, conducting research, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Provide general administrative support including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing calendars.
- Conduct research and compile data on various topics as required.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including taking minutes and distributing relevant materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and files.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing expenses and invoices.
- Assist in the creation and management of social media content and campaigns.
Minimum of 1 year of Virtual Assistance experience with an international client
Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Has own work-from-home equipment
Available to work nightshift hours - 40 hours per week
Currently unemployed or no current commitment
