Job Description
Help Desk Assistants provide technical support to customers and staff members, troubleshoot problems, assist with account setup, and perform various software functions.

Schedule:
Can work in US Business Hours | 40 hours/week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will be trained and will work closely with the client's in-house IT manager
- Create, lodge, and action trouble tickets
- Provide high-quality customer service over the phone and online to resolve technical issues
- Reset passwords, install applications, check antivirus software, and carry out basic troubleshooting
- Analyze computer problems based on information they’re given, which requires a high degree of analytical and critical thinking
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience as an IT or Tech Support Specialist
- Excellent communication skills needed to support a US-based team
- Ability to impact operations in a positive manner
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
- Ability to work alone and with others
- Experience working in a remote setting as a remote staff member for IT support
Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
- Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
- 4GB RAM
- Stable internet connection (preferably at least 5Mbps)
- Headset for video calls
