Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing the roster of assistant candidates, and assessing them in order to match them with clients.
Your tasks will include:
- Interviewing candidates and gauging their skills
- Managing assistant/candidate profiles on our database (i.e. Airtable)
- Interpreting clients’ requirements and screening candidates accordingly
- Scheduling and facilitating initial interviews between candidates and clients
- Coordinating with candidates throughout the entire process (i.e. by SMS, call, email)
- Liaising across departments to ensure the roster of candidates is adequately staffed
- Assisting with the virtual hiring process (i.e. job offers, agreements, onboarding)
- Contribute to improving hiring processes, both virtual (i.e. with clients) and internal
- Ensure timely client-assistant matches according to a weekly quota
Minimum Qualifications
- Background in client profiling and matching candidates for clients
- Excellent communication
- Perseverance and determination

- Professionalism and a willingness to learn
- A strong team commitment
Requirements:
- Entry-level experience in an administrative role, preferably with an HR-focus
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment
- Excellent organizational skills
- A keen eye for details
